Yes, we are a small family-run business based in Indore, committed to providing affordable, problem-solving products across India.

4. Do you provide product warranties?
No, our products do not come with warranties or guarantees.

5. Can I place a bulk or wholesale order?
Currently, we do not accept bulk or wholesale orders.


Shipping & Delivery

1. Do you ship outside India?
No, we currently ship within India only.

2. What are your shipping charges?
We offer free shipping on orders above ₹999. Orders below ₹999 will have shipping charges applied at checkout.

3. How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

4. How long will delivery take?
Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days after your order is shipped. Please note that delays may occur due to courier issues or external factors beyond our control.

5. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email and SMS, which can also be used on our tracking page.


Payment

1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept COD, UPI, cards, Netbanking, and other payment methods available at checkout.

2. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, COD is available. Orders placed with COD require verification via call before shipment.

3. Which payment gateway do you use?
We process payments securely via PhonePe.


Returns & Refunds

1. Can I return or exchange products?
Yes, returns and exchanges are allowed only for wrong or damaged products. A video of unboxing is required.

2. How long do I have to request a return or exchange?
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

3. How are refunds processed?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, or to a bank account if paid via Cash on Delivery, typically within 8–15 business days. Customers are responsible for a fixed return shipping fee of ₹100.
