Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their order.

An unboxing video is mandatory to process any return or exchange request.

A fixed return shipping fee of ₹100 will be charged, payable by the customer.

Exchanges are allowed only if you received a wrong or damaged product.

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the product first, and then place a new order separately once your return is accepted.
Cancellations

Refunds

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer.
