Order Processing

  • All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer, but we will notify you in case of any delays.


Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship within India only.

  • Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days from the date of shipment.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, customs, or events beyond our control.

  • Once your order is handed to the courier, risk of loss transfers to you.

We use reliable courier services to deliver your orders, including:

You will receive a tracking ID via email and SMS once your order is shipped. You can also track your order on our tracking page.


Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping is available on orders above ₹999.

  • For orders below ₹999, shipping charges will be applied at checkout.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required by law.
